Persona are a start up that offers both job seekers and careers advisors a platform to help the right candidate find the right position. Tasked to create and build a brand that taps into both these advisors and seekers as well as appeal to the corporate market.

Inspired by the companies core conversational nature the focus gravitated towards big, bold, clear typography and authentic photography to relay the everyday ease of use provided by using Persona services.

In depth research was conducted to give Persona a brand that was fresh and honest enough to appeal to various individuals and organisations. The shape of the main P used was inspired by the shape of a speech bubble, relating back to the conversational nature of the service provided. The logotype uses the familiar Gotham typeface that’s been altered to reflect the three business P’s.

The final brand was translated into various mediums, print and digital including business cards representing the brand for the companies founders.
